The 2 minute drill - Week Twelve: Hangovers, leftovers and turnovers
By Ivette Ricco
Have you finished all your turkey day leftovers yet?
If you're making bone soup and still eating turkey sandwiches then you've reached the end of the gobbler grub line. For some NFL teams turkey dinner was the best part of week 12 and after that it was all downhill.
The Bears, NY Giants, Jaguars, Panthers, 49ers, Steelers, Raiders, Falcons, Texans Browns and Packers, were on the hairy end of a nasty hangover, eating reheated leftovers and bemoaning the torrent of turnovers 12 wrought.

Week 12 Power Rankings
I've waited until now to throw my pink cap in the crowded power rankings ring.
The reason, you ask. Because the NFL landscape is ever-changing and if you wait a week what was hot is cold and what was cold is now hot.
1. Colts 10-1
Fallible, yes, but still the best in the league.
2. San Diego 9-2
Tremendous balance.
3. 9-2 Ravens
Downright scary.
4. 9-2 The Bears
Defense has to hold up the iffy offense.
5. 8-3 The Patriots
Always in contention.
6. 7-4 Cowboys
Romo has offense on track.
7. 7-4 The Saints
Drew Brees is having his way with opposing defenses.
8. 7-4 Chiefs
Division is still up for grabs.
9. 7-4 Broncos
Division has three very good teams.
10. 7-4 Seahawks.
Can they run the table?
11.6-5 Bengals
Big showdown next week.
12. 6-5 Jags
Can still make the playoffs.
13. 6-5 Jets
Surprising and challenging the Pats.
14. 6-5 Panthers
Need to run the table.
15. 6-5 Giants
Man the lifeboats!
16. 5-6 SF 49ers
Very young but great running game keeps them in the chase.
17. 5-6 Vikings
Sometimes hot and sometimes frigid.
18. 5-6 Rams
Three team race in the NFC West.
19. 5-6 Dolphins
Defense and Harrington playing well.
20. 5-6 Buffalo
Getting good production from JP Losman,
21. 5-6 Falcons
Disappointing season.
22. 5-6 Eagles
Another season another reason for McNabb to be out.
23. 4-7 Packers
Still at least a year away and several players away from contention.
24. 4-7 Steelers
Turn out the lights.
25. 4-7 Titans
Vince Young is showing his potential.
26. 4-7 Redskins
Jason Campbell is the future.
27. 3-8 Texans
Lots of work still left to do.
28. 3-8 Bucs
Need to find a quarterback for the future,
29. 3-8 Browns
Need to find a quarterback for the future.
30. 2-9 Raiders
Took the first step to fixing the offense by demoting Walsh.
31. 2-9 Cardinals
Lots of talent but no team effort.
32. 2-9 Lions
Matt Millen is almost as hated in Motown as foreign cars.
